Athiang is an asset to any organisation. She is proactive, resourceful, and extremely good at managing stakeholders.

I had the privilege of working with Athiang during one the most stressful times of the project. She came on board to the project just four weeks before the organisation's first NDIS audit. Tensions were running extremely high, and she very quickly had to come up to speed on the nature of the project, the deliverables, and the variations of how this was interpreted across the largest disability organisation in the state.

Myself along with senior management and the Executive Team were very impressed by the way Athiang navigated this steep learning curve. She was outstanding at managing the competing, sometimes conflicting, priorities while adjusting to a new team and manager. This is no easy feat.

Athiang successfully worked with stakeholders across the organisation to bring them along the journey to audit. She met staff where they were on their journey and with quiet confidence, guided them to where they needed to be.

Athiang consistently went above and beyond to deliver what was required without hesitation. It made my job so much easier knowing if Athiang was tasked with something she would not only do it with minimal supervision (if any), but to an exploratory level.

Without doubt, Athiang's knowledge of the disability sector coupled with her steadfast commitment to excellence, makes her an invaluable leader.
